Full-Time Experienced Fitness Trainer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our growing team in Imus, Cavite. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in gym instruction or personal training, a positive and client-focused attitude, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead clients through fitness assessments and customized training programs
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safety standards
- Motivate clients to meet their fitness goals through encouragement and education
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of gym premise and equipment
- Build rapport with members and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in achieving monthly sales quotas (for commission eligibility)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer
- Atleast High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of workout routines, fitness equipment, and client safety
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fitness certifications or CPR/First Aid (preferred)

Compensation Package:

- Basic Salary: Php 475 daily rate
- Commission: Based on quota sales
- Government Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
- 13th Month Pay
